Product

One workspace, four things it does well.

Rodod connects to your own WhatsApp Business Account and gives your team a place to send approved template campaigns, answer everything that comes back, and keep the contact list behind both. Below is what each part actually does — and, at the end, what it does not.

Campaigns

Send to a list, and see what happened to each message.

Pick a template Meta has approved, fill its variables per contact, choose who it goes to, and send or schedule it. Every recipient gets their own row, and that row carries the status WhatsApp reported back for that specific message.

  • Approved templates with per-contact variables — a name, a date, a reference.
  • Standard and carousel templates, both live on this platform today.
  • Buttons on a template, including reply and call buttons.
  • Per-recipient status: sent, delivered, read, or failed — as Meta reports it.
  • Scheduling, so a campaign can go out at a sensible hour.

Shared inbox

Every reply lands somewhere your whole team can see.

A campaign that works produces replies, and a personal phone is where they go to die. Responses arrive in one workspace inbox instead — threaded per contact, visible to everyone who should see them, and still there when the person who first answered is on leave.

  • One thread per contact, with the whole history attached.
  • Shared across the workspace rather than owned by one handset.
  • Media as well as text, both directions.
  • The conversation stays with the business when a person leaves it.

AI agent

It drafts. A person still sends.

The agent answers from instructions and an offer list you write, in your workspace — not from a general model’s idea of your business. It drafts a reply to an inbound message; your team sends it, edits it, or takes the conversation over. It can be switched off entirely.

  • Answers built from your own instructions and your own live offers.
  • An offer that has ended stops being mentioned.
  • Every draft is a suggestion until a person acts on it.
  • Handover to a named colleague at any point in a thread.

Contacts

The list is yours, and it stays in your workspace.

Import contacts from a CSV, add them as conversations arrive, and keep the source and status against each one. Each workspace’s contacts are held separately from every other workspace on the platform.

  • CSV import, with the fields you already keep.
  • Status and source against each contact, so a list can be segmented.
  • Contacts are stored per workspace, not pooled across customers.
  • Export is yours whenever you want it.

Also in the workspace

Built, and waiting for you to need them.

These ship with every plan. They are listed plainly rather than given a section of their own, because the four capabilities above are the ones customers are actually running today.

Bot flows

A visual builder for multi-step conversations, for when a reply needs to lead somewhere.

Message and template bots

Automatic replies triggered by a keyword, or a template sent in response to one.

Saved replies

Reusable answers your team can drop into a thread instead of retyping them.

Contact groups

Named groups for segmenting a list beyond status and source.

Team roles

Additional workspace members with their own sign-in, up to your plan’s limit.

Scheduling

Campaigns queued to go out at a chosen time rather than immediately.

Boundaries

What Rodod does not do.

Worth reading before you buy rather than after.

  • No open or click rates.

WhatsApp reports sent, delivered and read. Open rates and click-through rates are not measured by this platform, and it does not claim them.

  • No revenue attribution.

Rodod does not tie a message to a sale. Anyone showing you that number for WhatsApp is modelling it.

  • No deliverability promises.

Quality ratings, messaging limits and account restrictions are Meta’s decisions. No provider can promise otherwise, and we do not.

  • No CRM or calendar integrations.

There is no built-in connector to a CRM, a booking system or a payment provider today.

  • No industry certifications.

Rodod is general business messaging software. It carries no healthcare, financial or sector-specific compliance certification.

  • Not a Meta partner.

Rodod is a software provider that connects to the WhatsApp Business Platform. It is not a Meta partner, agent or reseller, and does not sell you WhatsApp numbers.

Every plan includes all of it.

Plans differ by capacity, not by which features you are allowed to use.
