The official platform

Rodod connects to the WhatsApp Business Platform. You use your own WhatsApp Business Account, and messaging follows Meta's template approval and opt-in rules. Rodod is a software provider, not a Meta partner or agent.

Your workspace is your own

Contacts, conversations and campaigns are stored per workspace and are not shared between customers on the platform.

Meta decides delivery, not us

Quality ratings, messaging limits and account restrictions are set by Meta. No provider can promise otherwise, and we do not.

What the price covers

The plan price covers the Rodod platform. WhatsApp conversation charges are set by Meta and billed against your own WhatsApp Business Account.

Support

Support runs through the ticket system inside your workspace, so a request stays attached to the account it concerns.

Right-to-left ready

The interface is available in English and Arabic, with a layout built on right-to-left foundations rather than mirrored as an afterthought.

Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?
Yes. Rodod sends on your own WhatsApp Business Account through the WhatsApp Business Platform, so you connect a number you control. Verification is handled by Meta.
What does the AI agent actually do?
It drafts replies to inbound messages using instructions and offer information you configure in your workspace. Your team can send a suggestion as-is, edit it, or take the conversation over. It can be switched off entirely.
Will my number get banned?
Quality ratings, messaging limits and restrictions are decided by Meta, not by Rodod. What the platform does is keep you on the official API, send only approved templates, and show you the status Meta reports back.
Do you show open and click rates?
No. WhatsApp reports whether a message was sent, delivered and read, and that is what Rodod shows — per message. Open and click rates are not something this platform measures, so it does not claim them.
Can I send messages in Arabic?
Yes. Message and template content is yours to write in any language, Arabic included. The Rodod interface is available in English and Arabic, and the layout is built for right-to-left.
