Set up first, pay when you're ready to launch: create your workspace, connect your WhatsApp Business Account and prepare everything with free onboarding, then complete your annual subscription to go live. WhatsApp conversation charges are set and billed by Meta on your own account — Rodod never marks them up.

Is there a free trial?
No — instead of a time-limited trial, Rodod includes free onboarding. You can create your workspace, connect your WhatsApp Business Account and set up your AI agent and templates with our help before you pay anything. Sending campaigns, the shared inbox and live AI replies start when you activate your plan.
When do I pay?
When you're ready to launch. Set up first, then complete your annual subscription from inside your workspace to activate Rodod. There is no setup fee, and nothing is charged when you sign up.
Is billing monthly?
No. Prices are shown as a monthly equivalent for easy comparison, but Starter and Unlimited are billed annually in advance. The full annual amount is shown on each plan and again before you pay.
Are Meta's WhatsApp charges included?
No — you connect your own WhatsApp Business account, and Meta bills you directly for conversations at its own rates. Your Rodod subscription covers the platform only, with no markup on Meta charges.
What does Unlimited actually mean?
No plan limits on contacts or campaigns — grow as far as you like. Normal fair use applies, and message delivery always follows the sending limits WhatsApp sets for your own number.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancelling turns off renewal: you keep full access until the end of the year you've already paid for, nothing further is charged, and you can resume renewal any time before then.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can move from Starter to Unlimited at any time — the amount is shown before you confirm, and the upgrade applies immediately. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at your next renewal.
